About This Project

Female Diver

This was part of a one-man exhibit at the Kogyo Club, along with the piece entitled “Two Female Divers.” Because I used a burnishing technique, the depiction of the female body is elegantly sculpted. I used silver color for the background ocean. The woman is depicted resting on her side, so the lines in the picture are harmonized.
